Return Information

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order, in the following cases:

  • When you receive the wrong product (incorrect item, size, or color)
  • When you change your mind and wish to return the product (for eligible items)

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, in the same condition as you received it
  • With all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact
  • Not damaged, stained, or altered in any way
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear

Refund Information

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within 3-5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

Exchange Information

We offer exchanges for eligible products when you request to replace an item you have purchased. You may exchange for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability.

Exchange shipping fees will be covered by the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error.

How to Return

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and return shipping address.
  3. Pack the product securely with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us (we recommend using a trackable shipping service).
