Shipping Areas & Restrictions

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to the following restricted areas:

  • Countries under international trade sanctions
  • Remote areas with no reliable courier service coverage

If your location is not listed above, you can place an order normally. We will confirm shipping availability for your address during order processing.

Shipping Methods & Service Types

We offer the following shipping service types for your order:

  • Express Shipping (Expedited): Fast-tracked courier service for urgent delivery needs

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hangzhou, China, via trusted international courier partners.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are calculated based on order value, destination, and shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $100; $8.99 flat fee for orders under $100
  • Express Shipping: $19.99 flat fee for all orders, regardless of value

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment, and are non-refundable except in cases of our error (wrong item, defective product).

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes vary by destination and shipping method:

  • North America / Europe / Australia:
    • Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days
    • Express Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Asia / Southeast Asia:
    • Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
    • Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Other Global Regions:

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take full responsibility for lost or damaged packages during transit:

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement at your choice
  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund, free replacement, or partial refund, per your request
  • To file a claim, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item/package
  • We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by customs inspection, incorrect shipping addresses, or customer refusal to accept the package

Order Tracking & Additional Notes

  • A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships, so you can monitor delivery status online
  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply for international orders, and are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country
  • If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours
